Do I need a special license or permit?

Nope! No license needed to ride Ridepanda e-bikes, e-scooters, and pedal bikes in the US.

How do I set up my scooter?

Okai scooters require minimal set up before you are road ready. Check out their Quick Start Video for a walkthrough of the set up steps. You can also find additional product information at okai.co.

How long is the subscription commitment?

The subscription is month-to-month. There is a 1 month restock fee if you’d like to end your subscription. After 12 months, the restock fee is waived. If you leave your employer, move to another office, or are injured you do not have to pay the restocking fee when ending your subscription.

Wait, I have to keep the box the scooter came in?

Yes! If you should ever need warranty or repair work in the future, that box is what you will  use to quickly ship your scooter to Ridepanda to get it repaired. Ending your subscription? You’ll need the box for that too.

What happens if I accidentally damage my vehicle?

If you damage your vehicle accidentally, contact Ridepanda as soon as possible with the following information:

• Where and when the accident happened.
• How the accident happened.
• Documentation of damage to the vehicle, such as pictures and video.

A Ridepanda team member will further assist you in making your accident claim. You have a $100 deductible on accidental damage as part of your Ridepanda subscription. You are liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence of your vehicle. Please see the program Terms and Conditions.

What happens if my vehicle gets stolen?

If your vehicle is stolen, contact Ridepanda at support@ridepanda.com within 48 hours of theft. Be sure to include the following information:

• A police report or police report ID number.
• An image of the broken lock or site of the theft.
• And a description of how the vehicle was locked and where before it was stolen.

A Ridepanda team member will assist you in documenting the theft to give you the best chance of recovering your vehicle. Theft insurance with a $500 deductible is included in your subscription. Be aware that failure to follow the steps above could disqualify you from your theft insurance. See your Terms and Conditions.

What is the reimbursement benefit for the program?

For employees, Goodwin will subsidize up to $100 per month (subject to imputed income tax). Any cost over the $100 subsidy will be paid directly to Ridepanda by the employee.

Partners are responsible for the full cost at the corporate rate. Vehicles that are priced below $100 per month will have a $0 out of pocket expense due to Ridepanda and the full monthly cost will be deducted from the partner’s monthly draw check. For vehicles that are priced above $100, the partner will pay the amount over $100 directly to Ridepanda each month and $100 will be deducted from the partner’s monthly draw check.

What’s included with the Ridepanda monthly subscription?

Your scooter, on-demand repair and regular maintenance through PandaCare, and theft and accident insurance are all included in your subscription. You will pay a deductible of $500 in case of theft and $100 deductible on damage to your vehicle in case of an accident. Please be sure to securely store your scooter to prevent theft.


PandaCare includes:
free regular maintenance, adjustments, and repairs due to normal wear and tear 4x per year. If you require service, please email support@ridepanda.com. Pandacare will only cover the cost of labor for maintenance and repair work, not for replacement components beyond reasonable wear and tear.
