We are a one-stop shop to help you discover, buy and own light electric vehicles: e-bikes, e-scooters and e-mopeds. We give you peace of mind at every stage of the process, from selecting the best vehicle for your needs to offering low cost payment plants, assembly, maintenance, theft insurance and roadside assistance. Shipping and Delivery
Q: How long will shipping take?
We work with different partners and follow their shipping schedule. You can see the breakdown of approximate delivery times by product here
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:Shipping is free across the continental US. Additional fees may apply for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or any other locations outside of the lower 48 states. We do ship some products to Canada and Puerto Rico - please reach out to us at email@example.com to ask if we can ship the vehicle of your choice.
Q: Why does shipping take this long?
A:We give you an estimated shipping time on each product page, representing the longest it could take from the date that you place your order with us until the package arrives at your door. We of course hope that it will go faster than that, (and it sometimes does) but we want you to be prepared. We do work with our brand partners to expedite our orders as much as possible. Due to COVID-19 there has been a surge in demand for electric vehicles and for bikes generally, and many manufacturers have been struggling to keep up.
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A:Most of the wait time between placing your order with us and the package arriving at your door is waiting for the manufacturer to get through their backorder and prepare for your product for shipment. As soon as we have a shipping label with a tracking number we will send that to you, and you'll be able to track your product’s progress to your doorstep.
Q: Can I pick-up my order?
A:At this time, all other vehicles must be shipped to you, unless a physical location pickup is noted on the product page.
Q: How can I track my order?
A:We will keep you updated via email as we process your order. As soon as the package is set up to ship with a carrier you will be emailed a tracking number where you can monitor the progress.
Q: What is the warranty I get with my products?
We work with different partners and follow their warranty. All e-bikes and e-mopeds offer 1 year limited warranty. E-scooters offer 180 days to a 1 year warranty depending on the product. Ridepanda also offers a one-year extension of the manufacturer’s warranty with additional purchase. You can learn more about our extended warranty service here

Q: What is Vehicle Assembly?
A:Not every manufacturer will assemble your ride for you, but fortunately we’re here to help. Book a time that works for you and we'll send a certified LEV technician to assemble and tune your vehicle so you can get rolling as soon as possible, without the hassle.
Q: What is Parts Guarantee?
A:Even the best e-rides need some TLC from time to time. With our Parts Guarantee, your ride is fully covered against parts failure that will occur naturally due to use and aging (which is not covered under warranty). This covers various vehicle components and accessories except for tires, tubes, brake pads, frame and batteries. When you cover your e-ride with our Parts Guarantee, there are no out-of-pocket expenses, no deductibles, and no hidden costs. We will arrange your repair on-demand at home or at one of our partner bike shops closest to you. *Does not include any claims within the first 90 days of ownership, nor claims made on issues due to accidental damage or lack of maintenance. Frames are always covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Q: What is Ridepanda Assistance?
A:Accidents happen. Forgot to charge your battery? Got a flat tire on your adventure out of town? Not to worry - with legal and roadside help included, Ridepanda Assistance is a call away and ready to help you in any situation. We'll arrive and ferry you and your vehicle to your house or to a nearby service center and get you riding again in no time.
Q: What is the Extended Warranty?
A:Worried that the manufacturer’s warranty won’t be long enough? With Ridepanda’s Extended Warranty, you can extend the manufacturer’s warranty for a full additional year! All components of the vehicle and battery will be warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for an additional 1 year period after the original manufacturer's warranty has ended. If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error we will issue a replacement part for you as soon as possible. *Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
