How Does An Amazon Employee Lease a Vehicle from Ridepanda?
To get started, enter the Panda Portal, select your office, the vehicle, the size, and the color of your choice.
After making your selection, enter the checkout to complete your lease.
You can enter the checkout to pay for your first month with a debit or credit card. After you have paid, our team will order your vehicle, assemble it when it arrives in about 1-4 weeks, and let you know when it’s ready to be picked up.

How do I select a vehicle and begin my lease?
Visit https://get.ridepanda.com/amazon to select your Amazon office, view options, select your vehicle, size, and color, and then check out. After that, your vehicle order will be processed. You’ll receive communications along the way and in 1-4 weeks you’ll receive an email that your vehicle is ready to be picked up at the PandaHub.
How much is my monthly subsidy from Amazon?
Subsidies ranges from city to city, up to $400/mo. For the most up to date information regarding benefit amount and eligibility, please reference Amazon’s commuter benefits page or e-mail MyCommute.
Can I test drive bikes before signing a lease?
Will the price increase?
Lock your rate in. The prices for electric bikes have been increasing year-over-year since 2020.
This is likely to continue. That means, over time, we’ll be increasing the prices.
However, if you start a new lease, the monthly rate you pay will be locked and that will be your monthly payment, regardless of new pricing changes.

What does PandaCare cover?
1) Free on-demand repair and maintenance help anytime at your local PandaHub (physical support center): based on the issue, Ridepanda will either get your vehicle quickly fixed or swap it for an operational vehicle; and
2) Free quarterly preventive maintanence at your local PandaHub: simple tune-ups that include a safety check, brake and shifting adjustments, tire inflation, and minor adjustments.
How do I book a PandaCare appointment?
Email lease@ridepanda.com or return to the PandaPortal to book a virtual PandaCare appointment once you have received the vehicle.
Can I buy out the lease vehicle?
Yes, if you’d like to buy the vehicle after your initial lease commitment ends, e-mail us at lease@ridepanda.com to request the buyout price schedule for the vehicle and lease plan you are interested in.
Please note the buyout price takes into account the value of the vehicle, as well as the accessories (lock, helmet, pump) delivered initially with the vehicle (worth $150+) and the assembly fee (worth ~$200).
Amazon’s bike benefit subsidy only applies to our monthly lease program and not to vehicle buy outs. As such, we recommend you only use the buy out option if you are leaving Amazon, otherwise losing your bike benefit eligibility, or moving to a city that Ridepanda does not serve.
Do I need a special license or permit?
Nope! No license needed to ride Ridepanda e-bikes or pedal bikes in the US.
Where can I find the lease terms & conditions?
What if the bike I am leasing gets damaged or stolen?
Use the provided bike lock and secure bike storage to reduce the chance of theft.
If your vehicle gets stolen, submit a copy of the police report to Ridepanda, and the vehicle cost will be covered after $500 deductible.
Amazon employees are liable for damage caused by misuse.
What if I want to swap out my vehicle for another model?
We recommend that you book a test ride first to get the best fit, but if you still aren’t happy with your bike, e-mail lease@ridapanda.com to discuss options for swapping out your vechile for another model offered through the Amazon x Ridepanda partnership. Please note that you are limited to one swap per 12 month lease period.
